Multi-talented actress Tina Fey won an Emmy on Saturday for her portrayal of Republican vice president nominee Sarah Palin on SNL.

Rob had expressed his admiration for comedian Tiny Fey earlier last year when asked what sort of women he likes. Now, Tiny Fey shares her thoughts on Rob. When Tina visited her friend and former “Saturday Night Live” co-star Jimmy Fallon on the “Late Night,” where she talks about the “old days” in SNL, her time at the recent Oscars Awards and Robert Pattinson.

With the brain behind Saturday Night Live and the comedy hit TV show 30 Rock, it’s no surprise that Tina Fey was the one chosen to be been named The Associated Press’ 2008 Entertainer of the Year.
The actress-writer-producer has been a huge influence on the entertainment industry throughout the years, while adding a slice of political awareness into her gigs when she went back to Saturday Night Live to play Sarah Palin during the Presidential Election. This isn’t the first time Fey has accepted an award for her work – her sitcom 30 Rock has won three Emmy awards since it started to air.
When accepting the award, Tina Fey told the press, “The ‘SNL’ stuff has certainly changed things for me. A lot more people seem to know who I am.”

Saturday Night Live has been a hit these past weeks because of the Palin skits and campaign-related jokes, but when Sarah Palin made an appearance last month, it was the highest rating SNL received this year with about 14 million viewers tuned in.
On Saturday, SNL featured the real John McCain and the show pulled a 9.0 overnight ratings, about 15% lower than the episode of Palin’s appearance. Of course, the SNL skits won’t be complete without Tina Fey acting as Palin. While the ratings wasn’t too good for McCain with only 12 million viewers, SNL can’t complain.
With Ben Affleck hosting the show and David Cook making his first appearance since American Idol to promote his self-titled album to be released on November 18. Cook sang his first single, “Leave a Light On” and received plenty of raves from fans. I wouldn’t be shocked if Cook had something to do with the SNL’s Saturday ratings.
