Naomi Campbell has finally settled with one of her ex-staffers who claimed she has been abused by the supermodel while she worked for her in November 2005 to January 2006. Campbell reported gave her former maid Gaby Gibson an undisclosed sum of money.
In November 2006, Gibson claimed that the model had hit her, called her named and threatened to call the cops on her when she couldn’t find a pair of Stella McCartney jeans. Although Naomi has denied the claims and was never officially charged with the accusations, Campbell ended the case and both sides are now “happy” with the decision.
This isn’t the first time Cambell has been charged with abuse and faced lawsuits. The British model has a history with housekeepers accusing her of mistreating them. In 2007, Campbell completed 5 days of community services and was ordered to attend anger management classes after she threw a cell phone at another housekeeper, Ana Scolavino. In 2008, Campbell was fined $4,500 and sentenced 200 hours of community service after pleading guilty to assaulting two cops in the London airport, Heathrow.
