Violet Affleck has a New Baby Sister!

Jennifer Garner gave birth to her second child with Ben Affleck at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Los Angeles yesterday, January 6.
According to the couple’s spokesperson, the baby girl and Garner are doing well and healthy. No other details were given. The baby’s name has not yet been publicly announced, but Affleck made it known that he wouldn’t choose an unorthodox name for his second child as Garner and him both preferred traditional names over trendy Hollywood ones.
Garner and her husband Ben Affleck, both 26, also have a 3-year-old daughter, Violet. The pregnancy was announced last August.

Jennifer Garner Files Court Papers against Stalker

Jennifer Garner reveals that a mental patient named Steven Burky has been stalking her since 2002. She admitted she is so terrified that she got a court order against Burky. In the court papers, Garner wrote:
“Mr. Burky’s repeated efforts to contact me, his delusional and paranoid letters, his appearance at my private residence, and his recent claims that I will be ‘persecuted’ in a manner that may result in my death are all extremely frightening. I now fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of those I love and care most about, including my husband and my daughter. Also, I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born.”
Burky is a 36-year-old born-again Christian who believed he was the victim of a satanic abuse ritual as a child. Even his family knows his mental condition. His aunt, Maxine Burky tells the Daily News, “He does have a mental disorder. He’s supposed to be taking medication.”, but sympathizes with Garner adding, “”Something had to be done. I understand a stalker can ruin someone’s life. It’s been an infatuation for many years. He’s not dangerous.”
A judge ordered Burky to stay 100 yards away from Garner, her husband Ben Affleck and daughter Violet, but Burky is now in a psych facility.
