Miley Cyrus has her share of controversial photos, so it wouldn’t be wise for anyone to follow in her footsteps. However, Joe of the Jonas brothers has committed the same mistake Miley Cyrus is being sued for $4 billion dollars – he posed with his eyes pulled back to his eyelids.

While the Jonas Brothers’ 3-D movie was expected to debut at #1, it only came second and was seen as a disappointment by some. However, the young Disney stars are staying focused on their music and future – they’re planning for a full-length album accompanied by a tour this summer.
According to their manager Johnny Wright,”It’s a whole new vibe that the Jonas Brothers are about to bring to the fans. The guys have gotten older. They’ve had many experiences along the line from the last album, including love experiences. [The album] is about what’s happening with them on the road and what’s happening in life.”
Currently, the JoBros are recording the fourth studio album, which remains untitled. The pop-rockers’ camp is hoping for a June or July release, followed by a tour the same month it is released. Adds Wright: “There are new fans coming to this band every day that have never been exposed to seeing them live. So for us, what we’re about to do is really exciting.”

The Jonas Brothers are everywhere. Nick, Joe and Kevin are promoting the “Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience,” which will premiere on theaters Friday. Aside from all the TV appearances, the JoBro are spreading the word that they’ll be surprising fans in selected theaters throughout the country, calling the gig, “Surprise Theater Invasion.”

There’s no contest that the Jonas Brothers has a LOT of young fans, but compared to Robert Pattinson who has caught the hearts of both young and adult fans with his vampire role in Twilight, the Jonas Brothers is no competition. So when the JoBros wanted to be involved in the Twilight sequel “New Moon,” it wasn’t a surprising decision.
The Jonas brothers along with star Jessica Lowndes are set to host a special night of the CW series 90210. Showing special promos and never before seen footages of the show presented by the J-bros and Ms. Lowndes.
At the Kids’ Inaugural concert earlier today, the Jonas Brothers played a song for Malia and Sasha Obama. In a press conference before the event, Nick Jonas said he knows that Sasha and Malia are fans of “Burnin’ Up” and adds, “which is probably what we’ll be playing.” How did they know what songs the Obama girls liked? Well, Kevin, Joe and Nick appeared on Ellen and met with Malia and Sasha. They even played a game of ping-pong and lost badly to the girls.
On the concert, The Jonas Brothers played “SOS,” “Lovebug,” and “Tonight,” aside from “Burnin’ Up.” Miley Cyrus also performed her hits “See You Again”, “Fly On the Wall” and “Ready, set, don’t go” which she sang with her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.
Other stars at the “Kids’ Inaugural: We Are The Future Concert” include Demi Lovato , Jamie Foxx , George Lopez , Bow Wow , Lucy Liu , Queen Latifah and Usher. More pictures of the event after the jump…

Can this be true? The trio breaking up? So who’s going solo? Kevin, Joe or Nick?
To make it perfectly clear, the brothers made a post on their MySpace blog page Friday to ensure to their fans that no one’s going anywhere. The JoBro denied the false report from Star magazine (Star mag again?) where the publication reported that Kevin was quitting the band to go solo and make “adult music”.
At the brothers’ blog, they wrote:
“There is a rumor that one of us is leaving the group. Not true. We love what we are doing and hope to do it together for a long time.”
Meanwhile, the brothers also showed their excitement of being nominated for the ‘Best New Artist’ Grammy last Wednesday, posting on their blog, “We completely freaked out when they announced that we were one of the nominees. We STILL can’t believe it. The crew from our TV series, [JONAS], even threw us a party the following day congratulating us on the nomination.”
