Bryan Cranston has joined the production team of the new Broadway musical ‘Finding Neverland’.
The ‘Breaking Bad’ star and Tony Award-winning is joining lead producer Harvey Weinstein behind the scenes. Bryan Cranston reportedly became “enchanted” with an early workshop performance.
Weinstein said in a statement of Cranston’s new role: “We were so thrilled that he wanted to come on board as an investor – having him as an ally and offering his overall support of this production means the world. He has given Diane and me such smart, constructive, creative advice.”
Bryan Cranston has been on and off with theater productions. Just last year, he won a Tony Award for his Broadway debut as President Lyndon B Johnson in ‘All The Way’.
“Finding Neverland” shows are expected to begin March 15, 2015 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in New York.
