Ben Stiller was one of the guest speakers at the Taormina Film Festival Thursday, where he gave an update about the future of a “Zoolander” sequel.
Before Stiller received career honors at the 2,700-year-old Teatro Antico, he hosted a well-attended Master Class events early Thursday at Taormina’s PalaCongressi,
During his Master Class, Stiller also had bad news for fans anticipating a sequel to Zoolander. He said: “The film’s been discussed and in some way in the works for 10 years, But there are no plans to start production any time soon.”
Stiller did make some fans happy at the event. Ben accepted a fan-made, hand-painted portrait from one fan, while allowed another onstage to pose for a photo together and collect an autograph.
