Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell are in negotiations to reunite onscreen.
The two actors, who worked on the movie “The Other Guys” together, are reportedly in talks to reunite in a new comedy called “Daddy’s Home.”
The movie features Ferrell as a radio executive who has to compete against his stepkids’ biological father (a role to be given to Wahlberg) to win their love.
“Daddy’s Home” was originally slated to begin production last year with Vince Vaughn attached to Wahlberg’s role and Etan Cohen in place to direct, but the movie project fell apart.
Filmmakers Sean Anders and John Morris are now in discussions to direct the movie with a production schedule set to begin this autumn.
