Justin Bieber finally has a date-with the court in Miami. The trial is for his arrest on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired license.
The trial is set for the three misdemeanors the pop star committed; his attorneys meanwhile have filed a plea of not guilty.
Bieber was arrested last January 23 in Miami Beach after police found him in the middle of an illegal drag race between two exotic sports cars. One was driven by Bieber while the other was driven by R&B singer, Khalil Amir Sharieff. Sharieff was likewise arrested.
Breathalyzer tests found Bieber’s blood alcohol content to be under the .02 threshold for underage drivers, but the toxicology results showed marijuana and Xanax in his system.
