Beyoncé and Jay Z rented out an entire zoo for their daughter’s second birthday.
The couple hired out the Jungle Island bird sanctuary in Miami Zoo Tuesday and spent the whole afternoon checking out the monkeys, penguins and kangaroos to celebrate the second birthday of their child Blue Ivy.
TMZ reports that the zoo did not reveal how much the couple spent on the bash, but estimated it to be pretty expensive since a VIP safari tour for just one person costs $240.
It was previously revealed Jay Z’s close friend Kanye West wrote Blue Ivy a lullaby as a special gift for the baby’s birthday.
Beyonce has revealed last year that she and Jay Z are planning to expand their family. She said: “I would like more children. I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister … And I am very protective. I just want to make sure that she can have a healthy, safe, normal life … in the back of my mind, she’s my priority. And life is completely different now. I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love, and now have a way bigger meaning. And that’s to be her mother.”
