Joan Rivers didn’t take Jennifer Lawrence’s criticism about “Fashion Police” lightly and is now slamming the actress, telling her to “grow up.”

Last month, Jennifer Lawrence criticized Rivers’ “Fashion Police” for helping promote a celebrity culture of superficiality and body-shaming. At the time, Rivers didn’t liked what she heard, blasting Lawrence for her “arrogance.”

Rivers is now reviving her anger towards the actress in a New York Post interview. She tells the newspaper: “My New Year’s resolution is [ensuring] Jennifer Lawrence grows up and realizes how lucky she is and calms down. I love that she’s telling everyone how wrong it is to worry about retouching and body image, and meanwhile, she has been touched up more than a choir boy at the Vatican.”

Joan Rivers explained: “Look at her posters. She doesn’t have a nose, she has two holes. She just has to learn, don’t talk if you’re doing it.” Rivers did back-track a bit, saying of the actress’ work: “She’s an amazing actress. She’s the next Meryl Streep.”
