Lamar Odom has been given three years of probation for Driving Under the Influence.
The troubled basketball star struck a plea deal with a California court. In exchange of the probation, Lamar admitted no contest to the charge. He was ordered to complete an alcohol education class by next June and pay $1,814 in fees and fines.
Lamar was arrested on August 30 after driving erratically on the 101 Freeway in LA. Officers stopped Odom for “objective signs of intoxication” and when he refused to a blood-alcohol test, Lamar was arrested and received a one-year driving ban.
The 34-year-old basketball player agreed to random drug testing as part of his deal to play for the Los Angeles Clippers. A source said: “Lamar agreed to undergo random drug testing administered by the team, and if he returns one dirty test, he will be suspended from the team immediately.”
Lamar and his wife Khloe Kardashian are still separated. His marriage to Khloe has been rocked by allegations of infidelity and drug abuse.
