After performing her newest single “Come & Get It” on Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards, the former Disney Channel star announced that she’s embarking on a 56-city world tour this summer.
The singer/actress, who just ended her two-year on-again, off-again relationship with popstar Justin Bieber, is kicking off her tour to promote the album on August 14 in Vancouver, Canada’s Rogers Arena, followed by Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on October 16, before ending it on November 27 in St. Louis. In between, Selena is scheduled to pass by Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, England, Portugal, Spain, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia.
Gomez said in a statement to announce the news: “I couldn’t be more excited to tour again but this time around the world. This has been such an interesting few months. My music has grown and I want my fans to see a new side of me. Can’t wait to see y’all on the road!”
Concert tickets for select cities will first be available in an April 17 presale, before they get released with general public sales on April 20.
