Kathy Griffin’s self-titled, weekly Bravo talk show was not renewed for a third season, which means her two-year run as a host will come to an end.
The comedian/actress (who won two Emmys for her other Bravo reality series “Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List) announced the news during a standup gig in Cincinnati, after someone close to the production has confirmed the news.
Last February, the Kathy Griffin show was moved out of its primetime slot (Thursdays at 10pm) to 11:30pm. The show reportedly averaged 417,000 viewers, and only 231,500 of which were from the 18-49 demographics.
This won’t be the end of her TV career though, as the 52-year-old Griffin is rumored to be negotiating for a pilot on CNN with news anchor Anderson Cooper.
