Alec Baldwin’s yoga-instructor wife sued over ‘dangerous yoga activity’

Alec Baldwin’s wife is in the center of a lawsuit filed by one of her yoga students who claimed he was forced to execute a “dangerous move” during class.

Hilaria Thomas, Baldwin’s wife who runs a famous yoga class in New York since 2005, is being accused by one of her students of forcing to perform a handstand close to an open window.

The guy at the other side of this lawsuit is blogger Spencer Wolf, who allegedly fell during the handstand and went straight through the window, cutting his foot. He is now suing Thomas and indicated on the papers that he sustained a “permanent disability” during the incident. His lawyer adds that Wolf can no longer bend his ankle.

The New York Post reports that Wolf also claims Thomas’ class was overcrowded at the time, which put all attendees in danger. On the other hand, Thomas insists he simply carried out the handstand incorrectly.
