Stevie Wonder to perform in New Orleans on Super Bowl eve

Stevie Wonder is heading to New Orleans to take part in Super Bowl weekend activities. The legendary singer is scheduled to perform in one of the concerts hosted by Bud Light.

The 62-year-old Stevie, whose hit song “Superstition” is featured in a series of Bud Light commercials, will headline the Feb. 2 outdoor concert in in New Orleans, the night before the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens meet at the Superdome.

Stevie Wonder will also be joined by Texas blues guitarist Gary Clark Jr. and other performers in a location near the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel.

Justin Timberlake, who hasn’t performed live for four years, will also be headlining a Super Bowl weekend concert during the invitation-only DirecTV “Super Saturday Night” concert. In another DirecTV event, rapper Pitbull, Snoop Dogg and Neil Patrick Harris will join the Celebrity Beach Bowl flag football game.
