Kristen Stewart’s role on the “Snow White and the Huntsman” will go on for its sequel, despite earlier reports that big bosses chose the film’s director Rupert Sanders to work on the continuation, while Kristen’s role will be scrapped off.
After Kristen Stewart’s summer admission that she’d been romantically involved with her married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders, many speculated that the 22-year-old actress wouldn’t return for the next film. Now the former Twilight star confirms that she’s set to reprise her role as Snow White.
Kristen talked to Indiewire, where she revealed the news saying, “Oh, it’s gonna be f**kin’ amazing. No, I’m so excited about it, it’s crazy.” However, the confirmation was the farthest she could talk about the sequel. She explained, “I’m not allowed [to reveal details]. The other day I said that there was a strong possibility that we’re going to make a sequel, and that’s very true, but everyone was like, ‘Whoa, stop talking about it.’ So no, I’m totally not allowed to talk about it.”
No official statement has been made and no announcement whether Rupert will be replaced as director.
