Larry King has reportedly ended his relationship with CNN.
The legendary broadcaster hosted Larry King Live for 25 years on the cable network, but concluded the series in late 2010. He was later replaced by Piers Morgan.
The presenter remained with the channel to host four primetime specials for the network, but he has now confirmed that he and CNN have reached a mutual decision to part ways.
King said that he has “nothing but respect for CNN” and is now “looking forward to all the wonderful business opportunities” ahead of him.
He has previously admitted that it was very difficult to end his talkshow, but said that it was time for a change.
