Chris Klein Signs On For New ‘American Pie’ Movie

American Pie is a beloved memory from many of our lives growing up in the 90’s and early 2000’s. The franchise has been dead for awhile, but it looks like they are officially giving an update to the lives of the old crowd, and Chris Klein is the latest to sign on.

Klein originally played Chris “Oz” Ostreich, and he will be reprising that role for American Reunion. He will be joining other Pie alum such as Jason Biggs, Eugene Levy, Alyson Hannigan, Sean William Scott and Tara Reid.

I don’t know how I feel about this. I will probably go see it, just to see what they do with it. If I do, I will be happy to give an honest review here.

It just seems like this series has been over for so long, and the last two flicks in the franchise were far from stellar. Why bring it back after all this time? The idea is just so overdone, with it being a reunion.

But we will see how they do, and if they manage any Band Camp jokes. Because, let’s face it, that line by Alyson Hannigan about where she put her flute made the whole series.
