Angelina Jolie’s arm tattoo has gotten an additional row of map coordinates, which has sparked rumors that Brad and Angelina are going to adopt another child. But the tattoo may just represent something else.
The popular arm tattoo that Angelina sports represent the geographical coordinates of her children’s birth places. Maddox, 7, was born in Cambodia (N11° 33′ 00″ E104° 51′ 00″), while Pax, 7, was born in Vietnam (N10° 46′ 00″ E106° 41′ 40). Zahara, 6, was born in Ethiopia (N09° 02′ 00″ E038° 45′ 00″), while Brad and Angie’s first-born Shiloh was born in Namibia (S22° 40′ 26″ E014° 31′ 40). The twins, Vivienne and Knox, now 2 years old, were born in France. Angelina had N43° 41′ 21″ E07° 14′ 28 tattooed twice.
Although the first thing that came to mind with the 7th new coordinates is the couple adopting or expecting a new member of their family, that simply isn’t true. Wonder Wall reports the sighting of this new tattoo as Jolie visited Somali refugees at the Libya-Tunisia border earlier this week. The new row, which begins with “N 35” degrees, was placed on the lowest part of the tattoo. People Magazine reports the baby rumors are false, while In Touch magazine says the new coordinates signify Brad’s Oklahoma birthplace.
In Touch even claims that the Angelina finally agreed to “settle down” in Los Angeles, in exchange, she’ll tattoo Brad’s birth place coordinates along with her kids’ numerical tattoos. According to the mag, “After dragging their kids around the world, Angelina, 35, has finally agreed to Brad’s long-standing request to settle down. But in return, she demanded a permanent commitment — the tattoo, which ‘signifies family unity.'”
