Singer Vince Neil is facing two new misdemeanor criminal case in Las Vegas five almost six weeks after being released from jail on a drunken driving charge.
On Tuesday, a criminal complaint was filed which accuses the Motley Crue singer of poking his finger into the chest of former girlfriend Alicia jacobs in a casino lounge late March 24.
The 50-year-old was also accused of cursing and pointing or poking at Jacobs and two friends who were with her.
David Chesnoff, Neil’s lawyer tells The Associated Press there are two sides to the story, and that Neil will plead not guilty to the battery and disorderly conduct charges. He’s due May 2 in Las Vegas Justice Court. The singer was released from Clark County jail Feb. 25 after serving 10 days for driving drunk last summer near the Las Vegas Strip.
