Demi Lovato serves as the opening act for the Jonas Brother’s tour that is why although Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato ended their relationship last May, they would still have to spend the next three months on the road. Joe Jonas also said that spending time with his former girlfriend on their tour won’t be a big problem and he is sure that he will not find any discomfort while on the road.
Last Friday, July 23 on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show “On-Air With Ryan Seacrest” Joe Jonas said, “I think that our friendship is so strong that it surpasses a lot of things and I think touring will be a lot of fun.” He also opened up regarding life post-breakup for him and Demi hasn’t been awkward, stating it’s definitely been cool.”
Joe even mentioned that in spite of his break up with Demi, they still try to keep in touch. He added that recently at VH1’s Do Something Award, they saw each other and had a “short and quick encounter”.
He added, “We’ve been trying to get together and hang out before we go on tour together.”
