Eminem rocks the Activision’s E3 party with stars like Rihanna, Usher & Travis Barker

Eminem headlined the Activision concert Monday night that included Usher, Jane’s Addiction and Will.I.Am, among others, but surprised the E3 crowd with superstar guests like Rihanna and Travis Barker.

With an upcoming album “Recovery,” Eminem proved he’s back on the game after a long break as he performed an electrifying set, kicking off with a surprise appearance by Travis Barker behind the drums. The six-song set started with “Won’t Back Down,” one of the songs on his upcoming album to be released on June 21.

Eminem continued with a song from B.o.B’s “Airplanes (Part II) followed by one from Drake’s “Forever.” He then dedicated his next song “Not Afraid” to all of his fans that have stuck by his side over the years. Eminem’s live band was accompanied by a full orchestra on both sides of the stage, but the crowd roared in excitement as Eminem was joined by an entire gospel choir later in the song.

For his second surprise, Eminem told the crowd: “Before I get into this next song, I wanna bring out a very special guest.” Then a newly-red-haired Rihanna appeared on the stage to sing “Love the Way You Lie” with the R&B star. After Eminem and Rihanna performed, the crowd seemed to wind down as the concert came to an end. Eminem thanked the crowd and exited the stage, but his band stayed to play the opening notes of “Lose Yourself.” Eminem then came back for the last song with the crowd exploding in excitement and a shower of gold confetti rained down the audience.
