Lindsay Lohan is back to court once again, but this time she’s suing E-Trade for its Super Bowl ad, which features a boyfriend-stealing, milkaholic baby named Lindsay.
The suit was filed in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York, and it claims that the starlet’s rights under the New York state civil-rights law were violated when the company used the “likeness of the plaintiff’s name, characterization and personality” in the ad.
The suit says that E-Trade “committed tortuous acts” and “are causing injury” to Lohan with the said commercial.
