San Diego, Calif.- Lawyers say that reality TV star Tila Tequila and San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman have buried the hatched by settling their dueling lawsuits.
The football star was arrested back in Sept. 6 after Tequila accused him of false imprisonment and battery in his home in San Diego.
Tequila filed a lawsuit against him for allegedly choking her. He filed a countersuit for international interference with a contract, stating that her charges caused a delay in a clothing business he was setting up with Wal-Mart.
Attorneys Cyrus Nownejad and Andrew Skale, who represented Tequila and Merriman respectively, would not talk about the terms of the settlement.
