Long Island, New York- Michael Lohan, father of actress Lindsay Lohan, was caught by the cops-again.

According to the Long Island authorities, Michael was arrested due to charges of criminal contempt. He allegedly called his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller at work on Jan. 21, says her attorney Bryan Konoski. The act can be a form of violation of protection.

This isn’t the first time Michael was arrested; he was caught by the police back in December for the same charge.

Back in June, a judge said he would avoid prosecution for aggravated harassment if he keeps himself out of trouble for one year. Michael continuously denies having threatened to kill his girlfriend and himself while they were on the verge of a breakup.
