Back in August, more pictures of Vanessa Hudgens naked have been leaked online and the Disney star’s fight against online publications continues to this day. This time, Hudgens is suing the owners of a website for posting her naked self-portraits.
Vanessa Hudgens has taken another step by going to federal court in Los Angeles, where she asked a judge to order moejackson.com to remove her cell-phone images immediately. Hudgens is also seeking unspecified damages and has taken the steps to register her pictures with the U.S. Copyright Office.
According to the ‘High School Musical’ star’s suit, “The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the Internet by an unknown person without Hudgens’ knowledge or consent. The specific images first surfaced right before the premiere of her bomb flick Bandslam last August.
Hudgens recently celebrated her 21st birthday with boyfriend Zac Efron and a group of friens in Los Angeles.
