ABC Network seems to be way too cruel on Adam Lambert. After axing his live stint on “Good Morning America,” the controversial singer’s now edited out of “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

The “American Idol” runner-up caused raucous last week for his highly sensual performance at the American Music Awards-in which he kissed his male keyboardist. Because of this his supposed performance at “Good Morning America” was cancelled, and his scheduled live performance at the late night talk show with Jimmy Kimmel was put on a halt.

“We decided not to move forward with the booking at this time,” says a source for the show. “The show fought to really try and keep (Adam), but they were told it was a bigger deal (than the show).”

Apparently, Jimmy Kimmel’s crew wants Adam, but the network execs just don’t want the raven-haired singer on their studios.

Fellow AI Season 8 alum Allison Iraheta will then replace Adam on the show’s December 17 episode, but insider reports say that Jimmy Kimmel would still want Adam on the show once the controversy cools down.

Adam meanwhile responds to this via Twitter: “Yes, sadly friends, ABC has cancelled my appearances on Kimmel and NYE L don’t blame them. It’s the FCC heat.”

With that note, he hints that he won’t be taking part of Dick Clark’s “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010.”

He has some good news however.

“I AM doing Leno though. And lookin into something for NYE,” he said.
