
Los Angeles, Calif.-The four suspects accused of breaking into the homes of celebrities Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Audrina Patridge have pleaded not guilty.
They entered their please through their lawyers in a court in Los Angeles. They are charged with counts of felony burglary. The suspects include Diana Tamayo, Courtney Leigh Ames, Nicholas Prugo and Roy Lopez, JR.
Prugo, 19, is charged with seven first-degree burglary counts for alleged break-ins at the Los Angeles homes of celebs including that of Paris Hilton and Rachel Bilson.
Sean Erenstoft, Prugo’s lawyer, has asked for his client’s case to be separated from the other three, as they are each represent by individual private counsels. The request however was denied by a court commissioner, on the ground that it was premature.
