RPattz Wants “Good Will Hunting” Director to Film “Breaking Dawn”

The fourth and final installment of “The Twilight Saga” has already given the green light to pursue filming, but a director is yet to be chosen to continue the vampire flick. “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson however, has already a name in mind: Gus Van Sant.

“I probably shouldn’t say this, but I’ve heard that we’re going to shoot (“Breaking Dawn”) in Portland,” RPatzz revealed to MTV News while at the “New Moon” junket held last weekend.

And since Portland’s their chosen setting, the “Twilight” hottie wants Portland-based director Gus Van Sant to furnish the film.

“I think Gus Van Sant would be great to do it,” he suggested.

Van Sant has been nominated twice for directing award-winning films such as “Good Will Hunting” and “Milk,” and RPatzz believes that he can provide the fourth book with a different kind of cinematic beauty.

“He shoots everything in Portland. He’s good at making it beautiful,” he said. “It’s all about teenage love and obsessions. I think Gus Van Sant would be great.”
