Los Angeles, CA.- Jennifer Lopez wins against ex-husband Ojani Noa once again.
The Latina singer’s request for a temporary restraining order against former husband was finally approved by a judge in California. The said order bars Noa from distributing a home video footage taken at the time of their marriage as part of his plan to produce the film “The J. Lo and Ojani Noa Story.” The same order also applies to Noa’s manager, Ed Mayer.
J.Lo and Noa tied the knot back in 1997, but soon divorced after less than a year together. Two years ago, the singer was granted $545,000 in fees and damages after winning a previous lawsuit against Noa who planned to publish a tell-all book. Noa allegedly asked for $5 million from J.Lo to keep him from having the book published and distributed.
Noa meanwhile claims that the video footage had no sexual content and says that his ex-wife is just blocking his way to success.
