Last week, reports have surfaced that Hailey Glassman, Michael Lohan and several others involved with Jon Gosselin are set to be deposed by TLC for their lawsuit against the reality TV star. And now, Lohan is to go to court and testify against his one-time friend.

Lindsay Lohan’s dad said that Gosselin apparently “did deals with him.”

“I was working on a deal with him for a Nutrisystem endorsement and book a deal. He got paid a lot of money for different promotions, clubs, magazines, and by a TV network,” Lohan disclosed to interviews. “At times he said what we were doing was OK; at times he said it was a problem.”

The two were supposed to star in a reality show named “Divorced Dad’s Club,” but the plan was trashed during the past weeks.

Gosselin, the famous father of eight, is charged of breach of contract by TLC network. “Jon and Kate Plus 8,” in which he previously starred, is in the talks of being renamed “Kate Plus 8,” due to his reduced presence on air.
