Los Angeles, CA.- Michael’s father, Joe Jackson, is seeking for a monthly stipend coming from his late son’s estate, says court records.
Joe Jackson’s lawyer filed the request for a stipend last Friday in Los Angeles. According to his attorney, the administrators of the King of Pop’s estate have no reason not to seek allowance for the head of the Jackson clan, who’s now 81.
Michael’s will however states that he has only allotted money for his mother, Katherine, and his three children, as well as to a number of charities.
The court has already approved giving a monthly allowance of more than $26,000 to Katherine Jackson, and as much as $60,000 each month for Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket.
