Rihanna has indeed opened up to the public for the first time about her relationship with singer Chris Brown and as well as raising awareness towards domestic violence. Her ex-boyfriend meanwhile is unsure about his public image after all the raucous that has been on for nine months now.

The 20-year old singer says he’s “confused” about how the public perceives him now. He knows his fans “love and support” him, but he is unsure about he rest. He also acknowledged the people who “don’t want to see me do anything… they wanna see me kind of, basically in jail.”

After losing radio airplays and endorsements from various brands, Brown is now trying to get over the past and reviving his career by means of his “Fan Appreciation” tour and the release of his upcoming third album “Graffiti,” on December 8.

“Chris Brown: The Interview,” will air on Friday, just the same day as Rihanna’s interview special airs on the show “20/20.”
