Lindsay Lohan has once again been bickered at by her father, Michael, through interviews and Twitter, and because of this, rumors have it that the young star will be filing a restraining order against him. Her lawyer however, says it’s not true.

“Lindsay has never contacted her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley about filing a restraining order against her father,” her lawyer said in a statement released to Access Hollywood.

Last week, Lilo got vocal about her feelings towards her dad by tweeting her thoughts online. Michael has been in the headlines once again, this time claiming that his daughter not only has a drinking problem, but also is addicted to a prescription pill.

“My father is a lunatic&doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me&my family,” she tweeted on Friday.

She even wanted her father to go behind bars for hurting her and her family-in particular by making her younger sister Ali, 15, cry.

Dina Lohan, Lindsay’s mom, meanwhile says in an interview with Billy Bush that younger daughter Ali is going to file a cease and desist order against dad Michael. She also said that he might release the records he has been talking about last week wherein Lindsay can be heard crying out hysterically for help.
