Ryan Seacrest wasn’t the only one who got rid of a stalker today. Nicole Richie has also won herself a temporary restraining order against two paparazzi, who slammed into her car earlier this month.

Nicole hired Mark Geragos’ film to handle the case and the lawyer Tamar Arminak attended a court hearing this afternoon, where he convinced the judge that photographers Bam Bam and Ivon Miguel are a danger to Nicole.

Bam Bam and Miguel were ordered to stay 100 yards away from Nicole and have no direct or indirect contact with her, her kids and even Richie’s staff. However, Nicole’s boyfriend and father of her 2 kids Joel Madden is not covered by the restraining order.

In her declaration, Nicole says the harassment occurs “on a daily basis.” She claimed the paps have been “stalking our home, as we try to go about living our lives.”

Another hearing to make the restraining order permanent has been scheduled for next month.
