Colin Farrell and his girlfriend Alicja Bachleda have welcomed a boy.

The couple welcomed a son named Henry Tadeusz Farrell on October 7 in Los Angeles. Henry is the first child for Bachleda, 26, and the second for Farrell, who has a 6-year-old son, James, with model Kim Bordenave.

The 33-year-old Farrell told People back in September when he confirmed rumors about the pregnancy that he was looking forward to “everything” about parenthood. He said, “I will take it as it comes. Even changing dirty diapers.”

Farrel and Bachleda met while shooting the upcoming fairytale flick “Ondine” in Ireland. Bachleda played a mysterious woman who gets caught in Farrell’s fisherman’s net, leading Colin’s character to think she’s a mermaid.
