Jon Gosselin isn’t just going through a nasty divorce from his estranged wife Kate and looking for new ‘money’ opportunities after putting the ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8’ show on a halt, he’s also having relationship problems with his new girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

The reality star is trying to make amends with Glassman, after she called him “emotionally abusive.” In an interview with The Insider, Glassman says “He’ll call me and take his anger out on me. He has ‘mantrums.’ I shouldn’t have to put up with being emotionally abused. I cry and say, ‘Why are you so mean to me?’” Hailey quickly explained further saying, “Sometimes he has trouble with the truth and he will dance and dance around his lies. He’s like Jekyll and Hyde. But I still love him.”

In the two-part ‘The Insider’ interview, Glassman continued to say that her life with Jon ain’t peachy. She said, “I met Jon in a bubble. I’d never seen the show. I had no idea. People judge me before they meet me. I get threats everyday. I get called a home wrecker and a fat whore. People will stare or point. It gets worse everyday.” However, she said that even if their relationship isn’t normal, she can’t imagine leaving Jon. “I don’t want to leave him all alone,” she says. “At the end of the day, I love him but I dislike him at times. When I love someone I would never hurt them.”

Now, during Jon’s turn on ‘The Insider,’ the dad-of-8 said, “My girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, has paid a significant price to live under such a media microscope. I am grateful for her emotional support and I regret any pain that my actions have caused her as she has selflessly born the pressures I have endured under the media glare. I am committed to making things right with Hailey as well as Kate and especially my children. I ask you to please give me the opportunity to prove myself.”
