Aside from facing a bitter divorce with his wife of 10 years Kate, Jon Gosselin is also going to face a breach-of-contract lawsuit, which was filed by TLC Friday Morning.

According to the papers, the dad-of-8 has violated his contract for the show “Jon and Kate Plus 8” by making paid and unpaid TV appearances without the network’s permission. The suit wants Gosselin to abide by the terms of his agreement and return any money he made for other TV appearances.

The lawsuit papers read: “The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful.”

Jon’s attorney Mark Heller told People magazine Friday that he has not seen the legal documents, saying, “I can’t comment on something I haven’t seen. Jon hasn’t been served yet, either.”

TLC filed its papers in Maryland’s Circuit Court of Montgomery County, where the parent company of TLC is based.
