The messy divorce of Kate and Jon Gosselin won’t stop anytime soon. Now, Jon Gosselin has filed court papers, wherein he accuses his estranged wife of making unauthorized money withdrawals.

Jon claimed that one of the reasons Kate filed an emergency petition last week after alleging that Jon took over 200,000 from their joint bank account was to “to cover up the fact that she removed hundreds of thousands of dollars from the marital estate” even before filing for divorce from him in June.

The dad-of-8 also claimed that Kate violated terms of their divorce arbitrator’s awards by withdrawing funds and writing checks totaling to more than $60,000 from one of their joint accounts between June 15 and September 15, as well as another withdrawal of $9,800 from a second account in mid-July.

Jon accuses Kate of not telling the truth to the court. According to reports, Jon claims that Kate has failed to provide proper accounting of funds she withdrew. While he admits to withdraw certain funds from one of their accounts, Jon says Kate took out “more than $100,000.”

Last week, Kate told the press that she has no more money to repay for the marital estate because Jon has drained their joint account. Now, Jon is claiming that Kate is lying about it. He says Kate is in control of more than $1 million and accuses her of continuing to hide money.

Tomorrow, Jon and Kate Gosselin and their respective legal camps are scheduled for a meeting to hash out various financial matters.
