Variety reports that Michael Angarano and Uma Thurman will be starring in the Max Winkler comedy flick “Ceremony.”

“Ceremony,” which was written and will be directed by Max Winkler, revolves around a young man (Michael Angarano) who falls for an older woman (Uma Thurman) that is about to get married.

The film, which will be produced by Nala Films, begins filming on October 21 in Long Island.

Thurman just finished playing the role of Medusa in “Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief.” Angarano was recently seen in “Gentleman Broncos,” the film done by Napoleon Dynamite/Nacho Libre creators Jared and Jerusha Hess.
