You would think that Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline has it good with the spousal support and extra payments he receives as compensation whenever Britney brings her kids along on tour, but a landlord is accusing K-Fed of not paying rent and trashing the place, which would cost Federline over $100,000.

TMZ reports that the people who own a Tarzana California home, where K-Fed lived until May 2009, claims that K-Fed disappeared without paying the last six months of his rent, plus damages which included trash all over the place, drawings on the walls, broken tiles and light covers, dismantled smoke detectors and other complaints.

The owners have given Federline a letter, demanding $110,661 for the unpaid rent and damages. Should Federline miss to pay up, the owners have threatened to take him to court. If the owners can’t find him, they can always look for K-Fed on the set of the upcoming season of “Celebrity Fit Club,” where he is scheduled to appear in.
