Jon Gosselin allegedly removed $200,000 from the soon-to-be ex-couple’s joint bank account, leaving Kate a mere $1,000.

Since Jon and Kate are undergoing one of the messiest divorce in reality TV, a judge has warned them earlier that neither of them could remove significant amounts from the account without the other’s approval.

Kate responded with legal action against Jon, having a lawyer send a letter to him demanding the return of the funds, with papers to be filed in a Pennsylvania court on Monday.

The news comes just days after Jon demanded TLC to stop production of ‘Kate Plus 8’ on their Pennsylvania home and after visiting “Larry King Live,” where he apologized to Kate and talked about mending his relationship with Kate as a parent.
