While Khloe Kardashian and fiancé Lamar Odom are hurrying up to fix their wedding this coming weekend, actress/indie rock singer Zooey Deschanel and her beau Ben Gibbard moved on to tie the knot in an undisclosed venue near Seattle just last Sunday.

The indie-rock lovebirds formed their relationship by going out for over a year. They got engaged last December, with Gibbard proposing to Deschanel with a three-carat diamond and platinum ring designed by Neil Lane.

Deschanel, star of “(500) Days of Summer,” was once romantically involved with actor/musician Jason Schwartzman and Mickey Madden of the band Maroon 5.

Gibbard meanwhile is the frontman of the band Death Cab for Cutie, whose album “Narrow Stars” peaked at #1 at the Billboard albums chart last 2008. DCFC has just released the single “Meet Me on the Equinox,” from “The Twilight Sage: New Moon” soundtrack in MTV.com.
