After being criticized for her weight and then being dumped by her boyfriend a night before her birthday, Jessica Simpson looks nothing but happy as she walked down the runway as part of her VH1 reality TV show “The Price of Beauty.”

The singer-actress played couture model for the day at Ozlem Suer’s runway show in Paris. Simpson wore a dramatic ball gown, working the runway like a pro.

Simpson recently told the press, “No matter how much money you spend to make yourself beautiful – With all the products, the diets, the plastic surgery – in the end women need to fall in love with themselves and realize they’re beautifully and wonderfully made.”
