Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein was laid to rest in a private ceremony with family and friends in Los Angeles this afternoon.

At around 3pm, mourners, including his latest girlfriend Hayley Wood, ex-fiancé Nicole Richie and good friend Travis Barker attended the ceremony and comforted each other at Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary. The service, which honored the celebrity DJ, lasted about 15 minutes.

DJ AM passed away at the age 36 this past Friday of what’s thought to be a drug overdose.

Tomorrow, a memorial will be held at the Hollywood Palladium at 7pm. The event reportedly will be in “the format of the evening to be in the style of an open 12-step meeting. Adam’s friends both from his life in recovery, as well as those from other areas of his life, are welcome.”
