Jon Gosselin is Trying to Fix his Broken Public Image

With all the girl friends left and right, ex-deals gone bad, nannies on the side and trying to work through a divorce, Jon Gosselin has been making it hard for his fans to take his side. But with Kate Gosselin making guest appearances on talk shows in the last weeks, Jon has better get his image fixed. Now, Jon is reportedly taking his 63-year-old mom (Pamela Gosselin Castello) to Las Vegas for some bonding time.

Jon Gosselin tells People mag, “I always promised my mom I’d take her to Vegas to see the shows and that kind of stuff. We’re just going to do our own thing.”

Apparently, it’s not just all for a mother-and-son vacation. Jon is scheduled to host a pool party Saturday at the MGM Grand’s Wet Republic. They plan to head home Monday or Tuesday, but plans may change at the last minute. Jon adds, “I always tell my Mom to pack extra because I have no idea.”
