Heidi Montag took the stage at the Miss Universe pageant for her first live televised musical performance. In true Montag-Pratt fashion, the ‘Hills’ star made headlines after performing the single “Body Language” from her self-titled debut album.

Live from the Bahamas on Sunday Night, Heidi Montag gave audiences a glimpse of her self-titled debut album, which is scheduled to be released in September. Wearing sparkly, nude-colored track pants and a black jacket, Heidi removed her jacket to expose a nude-colored bra – a move popularized by Britney Spears from her 2000 VMA performance of ‘Oops…I did it Again.’ Unfortunately for Heidi, she didn’t quite pull off the same performance as Britney’s.

As someone who idolized Britney Spears, it came as no surprise when Heidi Montag danced and lip-synched throughout the performance. At the end of her skit, Heidi thanked the crowd, which is the only live thing she did.

Before Heidi Montag took the stage, she has been writing on her Twitter messages like “All things are possible with God!,” and “Dreams do come true! Enjoy every moment of this short life!! Today is the BIG day. Thank you God!” Of course, Spencer Pratt also took to Twitter to promote his wife, saying “Everyone I ask you to please say a huge prayer for @heidimontags first performance for 1 billion eyes tonight on NBC for Miss Universe!”
