Joe Jackson has promised – in front of a judge – that he will not be raising Michael Jackson’s three kids with wife Katherine. In a two-page court declaration, Joe Jackson said, “I do visit the family residence from time to time and will continue to do so; however, I will not be involved in raising the children.”

Joe Jackson also said that the “decision-making authority” will still be Katherine Jackson.

Apparently, when Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson was negotiating about the custody of Michael’s kids, Rowe – the biological mom of MJ’s two eldest children – said that Joe Jackson cannot live at the family home in Encino, California.

Debbie Rowe agreed to make Katherine Jackson the permanent guardian to Prince Michael and Paris, but was concerned about Joe’s influence. According to Rowe, Michael had accused his dad of physical abuse, so she decided of keeping the kids away from Joe as well.
