Miley Cyrus may look like an ordinary celebrity teen – talking about her puppies, changing boyfriends, posing on the cover of ELLE and doing other ‘celebrity’ things, but this Disney star can be in a lot of trouble - in real life. Apparently, Mark McLeod who was arrested in June for stalking Miley has been let go due to overcrowding. Now, the big bosses at Disney fear for Miley’s safety and has informed LAPD about the situation.

Since his release in Georgia, the 50-year-old Mark McLeod’s whereabouts are unknown.

When Mark McLeod was arrested, he claimed that Miley sends him “secret messages” through her TV show Hannah Montana. He also claimed to be “great friends with Miley” and that the teen had asked him “to come see her today.” The guy even boasted to cops that he has thousands of Miley’s pictures and letters to Miley on his computer. McLeod also stated that he has mailed Miley two $2,000-worth of diamond rings and some “special private presents.”

When cops came, McLeod said, “I will f***ing be with Miley … we’re supposed to be together and [the cops] couldn’t stop it.” Police stated that the stalker even ranted, “Miley is only with the Jonas brother for the press.”

TMZ reports that there is no active investigation by the LAPD into McLeod, but they are aware of the situation.
