Everyday, new information pops up about Debbie Rowe, MJ’s prescription drug use and statements from people chipping in on details about how they knew Jackson. This week, Debbie Rowe is suing someone for bad-mouthing her, one of Michael’s unreleased songs has been uploaded online, people are pointing fingers on the Pepsi commercial director who was allegedly responsible for Michael’s accident in the 80s and the LAPD is treating Jackson’s case as a homicide.

• Debbie Rowe is busy with a defamation lawsuit she filed against Rebecca White, who claimed to be her close friend. White apparently went on EXTRA to dish what Rowe allegedly sent to her e-mail. The message? “Do I want the kids? Hell no. Does it look good for me to ask for them? Absolutely.” Rowe said the claims are bogus and wants any money White may have received for her appearance on TV.

• A 10-second clip of Michael’s first unreleased song entitled “A Place with No Name” was uploaded on TMZ.

• More and more people talk about Michael’s prescription drug addiction and other details of his life. This week, the focus is on the Pepsi ad accident, which is being assumed the incident that resulted in Jackson’s dependency on anesthesia. The video of the accident was also released this week (check it out below). According to fire safety inspector Captain Don Donester who was there on the Pepsi set, it was director Bob Giraldi who insisted Jackson stood under the sparks longer, despite warnings from the fire safety inspector.

• The LAPD detectives are treating MJ’s death as a homicide and is currently focusin on Dr. Conrad Murray, who allegedly administered Propofol, which was the primary cause of death. However, the autopy report will be delayed for another two weeks to give way for outside consultants to finish their respective reports.

Next week, Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe are going to meet in front of a judge to determine who will be given custody of Michael’s three kids. It remains unclear if Rowe will be fighting for custody or not.
